You might wonder when there are many entertainment services why so many people still watch TV. Until today, many people are still using television to watch their favourite shows!

Even though there are many entertainment options today, TV remains the best source of entertainment for many people.

It helps us connect with others, a break from our daily lives, and slow down the pace of our lives.

Here are three reasons why television services is still a fantastic source of entertainment

#1 You get the option for how and where to watch

We know going to the movies with your friends to watch something is fun and exciting. But then you have to go to that place at a specific time.

However, with TV, you can watch it wherever you are, especially if you have your tablet or phone with you or you can watch it at your own home.

Also, it gives you flexibility when you want to watch it. Moreover, you can choose a show or movie from different streaming services anytime you want. Also, if you do not have time, you can even record those shows.

We are not living in those days where you need to be at a particular time at our home to watch the exclusive episode of our favourite TV series. Now we can watch them anytime thanks to this advanced technology.

#2 Several options provided by TV

Sometimes what you want to watch on your TV can depend on your mood. If you feel down or scared, you probably want to watch a comedy. There are times you are feeling bored and lazy at that time you might want to watch sometimes adventurous.

Furthermore, TV can offer us so many things that we want from sports, fiction, non-fiction, comedy shows, drama, movies, documentaries, reality TV, and more.

Moreover, you have to flip around the channels or your streaming sites until you find the perfect show that will fit your mood that day.

#3 TV brings people closer to one another

A TV series might bring people closer to each other, especially if it is a trending show. Moreover, a show can often give acquaintances (co-workers/classmates) who do not have anything in common something that they can talk about.

Also, a piece of news or a documentary movie can give you a topic to discuss with an older relative who might not know a lot of popular shows.

Furthermore, you may connect with someone on a closer level. If you share how a series or movie has impacted your views, beliefs, or feelings towards the world. Besides, you can better understand a situation of someone or a minor community as a result of that particular show.

Also, nothing is more fun than knowing and then sharing your favourite show with your close ones. You can discuss it and come up with many different views and theories.

In addition, if there is a special event on the TV. Then you can host a get-together with your close ones to spend time with them.
