Take the Wheel Ontario visits Char-Lan District High School
Williamstown, Ontario – Approximately 50 students taking Civics and Careers at Char-Lan District High School learned about jobs and training in the trucking and transportation industry.
“We wish to extend our gratitude to Ms. Campbell for inviting us to present today at Char-Lan District High School to discuss Take the Wheel and encourage youth and women into trucking and related jobs,” said the Project Planner.
Take the Wheel Ontario is promoting the career of truck driving to young people and women. Trucking is a high-demand career that offers good wages and a chance to explore through travel.
After the presentation, students were gifted a Take the Wheel swag bag, including a hat and water bottle.
