Valentine’s Day is almost here (February 14th) and today I am talking to you about “Love.”

Love is a beautiful word and a greater act, and speaking of love, I believe sharing and practicing love should be a daily thing.

When we express our love to people we care about – to our family – to our friends – love is like magic. It spreads and it should include everyone.

One of the most important lessons that we must learn is to love ourselves and allow ourselves to be kind to our souls. When we love ourselves, we are able to love others, our society and our environment around us.

I see Love as healing medicine. If I love myself, I want to live in a healthy society and if I love myself, I want to be safe in my environment. I sow the seeds of love around me because it will eventually include me.

Today I share with you a simple idea – “A Love Card”. We can make it for ourselves.

Materials:

  • coloured paper
  • scissors
  • coloured markers

Steps:

1- Cut out the shape of a heart

2- Put in place of the heart a different color of paper

3- Remind ourselves that we deserve love so that we can share it with others around us – Create love – spread the love – share the love! and have yourselves a Happy Valentine’s Day on February 14th!
