Nominate a Deserving Youth for the YourTV Youth Achievement Awards!

The YourTV Youth Achievement Awards, presented by the Optimist Club of Cornwall, is an exciting opportunity to recognize and celebrate the outstanding achievements of deserving youths in the community. The deadline to submit nominations is quickly approaching, and anyone can participate by using the online nomination form until May 5th.

According to Terry Muir, the President of the Optimist Club of Cornwall, this event is a favorite for both members and the community alike. The club members are passionate about this event and have been actively fundraising throughout the year to provide prizes for the winners. The Optimist Club is dedicated to serving the youth in the community, and there is no better way to recognize those who are making a positive impact than through this award.

Nominations are open for three categories, including At My Best, Giving Back, and Kindness Is Cool. The award is open to youths from Cornwall, South Stormont, and South Glengarry in four grade levels, which include grades 4 to 6, 7 to 8, 9 to 10, and 11 to 12.
