The Rotary Club of Cornwall Sunrise is excited to partner with the Rotary Clubs of Brockville on
a special Canada Day Sign Project. The project encourages residents and businesses to proudly
display their Canadian spirit.
This project was originally inspired in 2025 by Rotarian Jacquie Pepper-Journal, to give
Brockville residents a simple, visible way to celebrate their pride in being Canadian. While
modest fundraising continues to be a consideration, the heart of the initiative is about
community spirit and national pride.

2026 Campaign Details:
Canada Day Pride signs will be available for purchase at $15.00 each, including an “H”-style
lawn sign holder suitable for lawns, balconies, and other display areas.
Sales began the week of May 11, just ahead of the Victoria Day long weekend. Signs will be
available at multiple locations in the Cornwall area. During the Victoria Day weekend, signs will
be available at Marlin’s Orchards and Garden Centre with additional locations to be announced.
Sales will run from mid-May through to Canada Day.
The goal for this year is ambitious: to see Canada Day signs displayed on as many lawns,
balconies, and community spaces as possible—creating a visible wave of national pride across
the region.
Residents are encouraged to take part, show their colours, and help celebrate what it means to
be Canadian.
Please contact Rotarian Terry Brouillet at 613-361-9478 if you wish to purchase a lawn sign.
