Cornwall, ON – East Side Mario’s Cornwall is preparing to unveil its newly renovated restaurant, and this time, the community is literally part of the design. Families across Cornwall are being invited to share their favourite photos gathered around the table for a chance to be featured on the restaurant’s walls.

For nearly four decades, East Side Mario’s has been known as the home of all-you-can-eat bread, pasta, and family celebrations. With the Cornwall location’s fresh new look, the brand is continuing its tradition of food and fun—while putting local stories at the heart of the dining experience.

“We want East Side Mario’s to be more than just another restaurant, it’s a place where memories are made,” said Nathan Cameron, Chief Operating Officer. “By featuring real families from Cornwall on our walls, we’re celebrating what matters most—family.”

The restaurant, owned and operated by Yogi and Tiki Patel since 2022, will showcase a permanent gallery wall featuring selected family photos. Each image will highlight the traditions, stories, and moments that make Cornwall unique.

How to participate

Families are encouraged to submit their favourite photo gathered around a table. Pictures can be from holidays, birthdays, or everyday dinners—any moment that celebrates togetherness.

Deadline: October 1
How to submit: Upload your photo online [CLICK HERE!]

Photo Guidelines:

  • Resolution: Minimum 1 MB, ideally 300 dpi
  • Format: JPG or PNG
  • Orientation: Landscape (horizontal preferred)
  • Quality: Bright, clear, and in focus
  • Content: Must feature family members gathered around a table

By submitting, participants grant East Side Mario’s permission to display selected images in the restaurant and on its digital channels. Not all photos will be chosen, and unselected submissions will be securely deleted.

This initiative is more than décor—it’s a celebration of the people who make East Side Mario’s Cornwall special.
