Make Eggs with Veggies

Whether you like omelets or scrambled eggs, you can always add veggies to make them taste even more delicious. Some of the best vegetables that you can add to eggs are bell peppers, onions, broccoli, mushrooms, spinach, and any other kinds you want to experiment with. You can also add some tomatoes for a bit of red sauce, and you will have a delicious meal that works as a breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It can also be a tasty snack that makes you feel satisfied and full.

Creative Juice Blends

Some vegetables can have a neutral taste when they’re raw, which makes them perfect to add on different types of juices and smoothies without making any changes to the taste. Spinach and kale are examples of vegetables that can be added to any fruity juices without jeopardizing the deliciousness or sweetness of your morning drink. One of the vegetables that contain numerous nutrients is beets. Although beets can be eaten in different ways, one of the best ways to ensure you get full of its benefits is by juicing beets and adding different fruits and veggies in the mix for a nicer taste. Make a Tasty Sauce and Add Vegetables

If you’re making a tomato sauce, the first thing you may want to not do is get ready-made tomato paste. To make a fresh tomato sauce, blend tomatoes in a juicer while adding green veggies like bell peppers, kale, spinach, celery, onions, and any other healthy ingredients you want to add, then heat the blend, and you have yourself a divine sauce that you can add to any food you like. You can create your own recipes by adding this sauce, and that makes you a talented chef!

Use Vegetables Instead of Pasta

One amazingly creative way to eat fewer carbs is to replace pasta with more veggies in many different dishes. As an example, using zucchini instead of pasta in lasagna makes the dish more nutritious yet still delicious. To make zoodles (zucchini noodle-like strips), slice or shred zucchini into thin strips then dry it. Use these zoodles instead of pasta and add the sauce, cheese, and meat, and bon appetit! A lasagna made with zucchini noodles.

Another marvelous option is to use zoodles in a Chicken Alfredo dish. You can get creative with your alfredo sauce and add any vegetables you like to add that will increase the nutritional value of your dish without changing the finger-licking taste.

Learning the right tricks to add vegetables to your diet helps you change your perspective on the taste of many plates you enjoy. Realizing the health benefits of different kinds of greens and the various ways you can eat them is the best way to get yourself to eat appropriate servings that include all the vitamins, minerals, and proteins your body needs to stay strong and healthy. These changes in your diet won’t just help you get in shape and feel great when you look in the mirror or wear the pair of jeans and shirts you thought are nothing. They are a mere reminder of how great you used to look, and you’ll also feel fresher and stronger.
