The City of Cornwall is offering a wide range of activities to keep families busy during the March Break.

The Benson Centre and Aquatic Centre will serve as the hubs of activity over the course of the break, offering a variety of programs ranging from public skating and swimming to interactive arts and sports workshops, and much more.

“Our programs cater to a wide variety of interests,” said Lorne Taillon, Leisure Arts Coordinator. “It’s a great opportunity for children to build friendships and experience new activities.”

Some of the unique programs on tap include an African Drumming Circle Workshop with The Rythym Room on Thursday, March 14th, daily arts workshops, pick-up hockey on Tuesday, March 12th and Thursday, March 14th and a Princess Tea Party of Friday, March 15th.

“There are limited spaces available for all of these programs, so parents are encouraged to register their children as soon as possible,” said Mr. Taillon.

For further information on March Break programs and registration details, please visit the March Break page on the City website.

In addition to the programs offered by the Parks and Recreation Department, the Cornwall Public Library is also offering a number of March Break programs. For additional information, please click here.
