HP Envy

The Envy series is perfect for families and this series is hard wearing and seriously easy to maintain. The newer models all come with AirPrint as standard and print quality is exceptional, meaning that you can print off documents and letters as well as homework and worksheets.

Maintenance of the Envy is simple and quick as you have to use a soft cloth to wipes down all the easy to access areas when you do your regular house clean and then use the auto clean function to clean the HP cartridge zone of the printer. This auto clean function should be deployed once every 8 weeks if you are a regular user.

Maintenance also includes replacing printer ink in a timely fashion so it does not run on empty and picking the right paper for your printing needs. When it comes to getting printer ink you do not need to buy original ink and can opt for good quality replacement ink if you know of a reputable company.

HP DeskJet

HP’s Deskjet design is a great choice if you are looking for low maintenance with high output. This printer does everything you could possibly need as it is an all-in-one model and is a great choice for families and small businesses.

Much like other HP printers, the DeskJet series is easy to maintain as it comes with a pre-installed cleaning function and can print test pages if you are concerned that the print quality is diminishing.

If you have a DeskJet and are looking for HP 63 ink in Canada then it’s a good idea to check our ink specialist companies like Smart Ink that will provide you with quality ink at reasonable costs. Because replacement ink is such good quality when purchased from the right provider, you will find the upkeep of your machine is as simple as when you install original ink. You can also Sell Toner to minimize costs.

LaserJet

Our final printer recommendation is for the LaserJet series. This is the perfect choice for business owners as whilst you wont need to by cartridges for HP printer machines like the Envy and Deskjet, but you will need to get toner cartridges to be able to print.

Maintaining a laser printer is simple; remove dust and debris as you notice it, install the correct toner cartridges and update the driver as they are released. Because laser printers are so durable and easy to maintain, they make the perfect spec for business users.

Getting a printer that is easy to maintain may seem simple enough but the reality is much different. Oftentimes people buy a printer based on budget or on the cost of printer ink but take no time to consider whether they are getting printer that will last and that is easy to maintain. By following our advice and purchasing one of the HP printer series listed, you will be able to enjoy stress free printing for years to come.
