Get The Other Motorist’s Information

This is a tricky one considering that you could be seriously injured. But if you can, ensure that you get the other driver’s information. This could be their names, driver’s license information, plate numbers, or their identification card number. There could also be witnesses around who’d be willing to share their addresses. Do Not Leave The Scene Of The Accident

Choose Your Words

By this, it means that you should not admit fault. It’s very intimidating especially if you are good-hearted to admit that you caused the accident. This will affect your claim and your compensation.
