For the past two years, it hasn’t been easy for Canadians to stay in shape due to restrictions put in place to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. While exercise facilities across Canada have started opening up again, people may be afraid to go back to their gyms or they may be looking for other ways to get back in shape.
