In this new beginning of the year 2024, we are all excited to welcome the new.

What it is to open to the new?

Not Everyone’s a Star Player – and that’s okay

It is to let go of the old energy. To let go of the things that don’t serve you anymore and to let go of the feelings that makes your heart heavy. All this letting go is very important to open to the new and to let new feelings, new dreams and New Beginnings start.

I was thinking about what the meaning of new beginnings really is.

New beginnings is simply just an ending so that we can create a space for the new.

I’m so grateful for all the endings in my life that have opened a place for the unknown, for new adventure, new ideas, new dreams for new projects and for new friendships.

It takes courage to open our hearts and souls to fully experience all that life has to offer. Letting go, opening for the change, accepting the change and welcoming the new .

Who agrees with me that art is a great way to express all these waves of feelings, from poetry, painting. dancing, acting, writing and all other forms of art? Art is just beautiful and allows us to get to know more about ourselves and helps us to accept the change that is coming this month and also in this new year.

Open your hearts, step out of your comfort zone and accept your New Beginnings.
Happy New beginnings
