Cornwall-based Aerial Arts Studio Excels in Canadian Competition, Celebrates Success of Competitors.

In a dazzling display of skill, Sky Studios Fitness, an aerial arts studio in Cornwall, recently made waves at the Regional and National Canadian Pole and Aerial Championship Competition. With an impressive showing from their team, the studio garnered four placements at Regionals, securing spots for their competitors at National competition. Amongst those that competed, medaling athletes at the Regional competition included;
➔ Angele Ledoux – 3rd Place in Pole Art 1
➔ Amy Malyon – 2nd Place in Masters Aerial Hoop
➔ Anne Lalonde – 2nd Place in Masters Pole Sport
➔ Tracy Jans – 2nd Place in Aerial Hoop Semi-Pro

On the National Stage, three of four competitors were successful in achieving the following awards;
➔ Amy Malyon – 3rd Place in Masters Aerial Hoop
➔ Anne Lalonde – 2nd Place in Masters Pole Sport
➔ Tracy Jans – 2nd Place in Aerial Hoop Semi-Pro

The competition saw aerial enthusiasts from all across Canada.

Amongst the standout performers were representatives from Sky Studios Fitness, whose dedication to their craft shone brightly on stage.
Adding to the studio’s triumph, two of Sky Studios’ coaches had the privilege of bringing their expertise and insight to the judging panel.

Tracy Jans, the owner of Sky Studios Fitness, expressed her elation at the studio’s success, stating, “We love supporting our students in their aerial journeys, and love being part of such amazing events. I am beyond proud of the team who went to each competition, and proud to be part of the event while on the judging panel.”

Beyond their competitive endeavors, Sky Studios Fitness is ingrained in the aerial community, fostering a supportive environment where students can thrive and pursue their passion for aerial arts. An integral part of this community engagement is the studio’s annual showcases, where students have the opportunity to demonstrate their progress and skills to their families and friends. This years’ showcase will be held in October. Sky Studios has also been part of community events and performances.
