Step into a powerful evening where true-life tales are brought to life through the raw beauty of live storytelling, music and community spirit. With warmer temperatures vanishing there isn’t a better time to sit in a cozy theatre filled with historic charm like that of Winchester’s Old Town Hall. This event is more than just a show — it’s a gathering; a gathering where you can listen to True Stories being delivered by local storytellers, enhanced with live musical accompaniment.

A Bunch of People Arts and Events (ABOP), for the fifth year, invites you to enjoy an evening where eleven local storytellers take the stage to share some of their most personal, poignant, and profound moments — stories once whispered among friends, now shared with their neighbours. These are tales of resilience, love, heartbreak, hilarity, and hope. And they’re not alone. Nine incredible local musicians accompany each story with rich layers of piano, guitar, percussion, vocals, and a few surprise instruments you won’t see coming. The result? A multisensory experience that will move you, connect you, and remind you what it means to be human — together. Get ready to embark on an extraordinary journey right in the heart of our beloved community with a celebration of our community’s voices, talents, and shared truths. Yet, it’s not just an evening of entertainment; it’s an opportunity to make a positive impact on our community. All profit from this this event will be donated to House of Lazarus Outreach Mission. So, come on down and join us for an unforgettable night of community, connection, and inspiration.
