Cornwall Set to Ring in the New Year with “Boarding Pass to 2026”, A First-Class Celebration at the DEV Hotel & Conference Centre

Cornwall, ON — Cornwall’s most anticipated New Year’s Eve celebration in years is ready for takeoff. The DEV Hotel & Conference Centre has announced Boarding Pass to 2026, an immersive, internationally inspired event taking place Wednesday, December 31, 2025, beginning at 7:30 PM. Featuring an all-inclusive culinary and entertainment experience, the event promises to be one of the region’s most exciting year-end celebrations.

Guests will embark on a Culinary Passport Around the World, featuring five chef-attended action food stations representing Argentina, Japan, Canada, Italy, and Portugal. Each station will offer multiple gourmet dishes, along with a global Dessert Passport featuring international sweets such as Beaver Tails, Alfajores, Lychee Mochi, Cannoli, and Pastéis de Belém.

Around-the-World Food Stations Include:

🇦🇷 Argentina – Choripán, Beef Empanadas, Provoleta Skillet|
🇯🇵 Japan – Ahi Tuna Sashimi, Wagyu Gyoza, Chicken Karaage
🇨🇦 Canada – Maple Back Bacon Sliders, Smoked Sturgeon Chowder, Montreal Burnt Ends
🇮🇹 Italy – Lobster Ravioli, Arancini, Bocconcini-Stuffed Meatballs
🇵🇹 Portugal – Peixinhos da Horta, Bolinhos de Bacalhau, Bife à Portuguesa

Entertainment Lineup:

  • Swinging Jazz & Blues Duo – 8:30 PM
  • The Chesterfields – 9:45 PM to 12:30 AM
  • DJ Professor Mele (Montreal) – 12:30 AM to 2:00 AM

The evening will also feature immersive décor, flair bartenders, a craft beer corner, a vodka ice luge, and a late-night buffet at 12:30 AM.

Tickets are $125 per person, which include a full culinary experience, one complimentary beverage, access to all live entertainment, and late-night food offerings. Guests will also receive access to exclusive reduced hotel room rates, allowing attendees to celebrate safely and comfortably on-site.

“Cornwall has been eager for a New Year’s Eve event on this scale,” says Ian Bentley, General Manager at the DEV Centre. “Boarding Pass to 2026 is more than a party, it’s a full international experience, combining world-class food, live entertainment, and a first-class atmosphere. We’re excited to bring something truly special back to the community.”
