Cornwall, ON – A 29-year-old woman from Cornwall was arrested on Nov. 25, 2025, and charged with four counts of fail to comply with probation order. On Nov. 25, 2025, Cornwall Police Service officers were dispatched to a possible break and enter in progress, and an investigation ensued. It is alleged on this date, the woman was bound by a probation order with the relevant conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, to not contact or communicate with her ex-boyfriend and to not be within 100 metres of any place she knows her ex-boyfriend to live, work or frequent. She was also bound by a second probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged on Nov. 25, 2025, the woman attended her ex-boyfriend’s residence and was in contact with the man. She was subsequently located by police. The woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Dec. 9, 2025.
FAIL TO COMPLY
Cornwall, ON – A 27-year-old woman from Cornwall was arrested on Nov. 25, 2025, and charged with two counts of fail to comply with probation order. On Nov. 25, 2025, members of the CPS responded to a bail violation complaint, and an investigation ensued. It is alleged on this date, the woman was bound by a probation order with the relevant conditions to not be within 100 metres of any place she knows her ex-spouse to live and to not attend his residence. It is also alleged the woman attended her ex-boyfriend’s residence. She was located by police, taken into custody and charged accordingly. The woman was held for a bail hearing.
WARRANT, FAIL TO COMPLY, CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT INDICTABLE OFFENCE
Cornwall, ON – A 62-year-old woman from Cornwall was arrested on Nov. 26, 2025, on the strength of an outstanding warrant and charged with two counts of fail to comply with probation order as well as one count of conspiracy to commit indictable offence. On Oct. 21, 2025, members of the CPS were dispatched to an assault complaint, and an investigation ensued. It is alleged on this date, the woman was bound by two separate probation orders, each with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is further alleged she organized and directed individuals to assault someone over an unpaid debt. A warrant was subsequently issued for the woman’s arrest. In the early morning hours of Nov. 26, 2025, a CPS officer observed a motor vehicle associated with the woman and initiated a traffic stop. She was taken into custody and transported to police headquarters. The warrant was executed, the woman was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
