Cornwall’s dessert lovers have something to celebrate: POSH NOSH Pastry Confectionery has re-opened its doors in downtown Cornwall, welcoming customers again with an array of homemade sweets and elegant treats. The shop reopened on December 11, 2025 with a special launch day offering — including a 30 % off on desserts and macarons — drawing crowds eager to taste the bakery’s signature creations.

Owned and operated by Hassan Fellah, a seasoned chef with over 20 years of culinary experience around the world, Posh Nosh has quickly become a beloved destination for locals who crave high-quality, handcrafted pastries. When he first opened the bakery, Fellah emphasized that every product is made from scratch, following a European-style confectionery approach that focuses on individual portions and artisanal quality.

At the heart of the Posh Nosh menu are its macarons — delicate, colourful, and flavour-packed French treats that customers keep coming back for. Classic flavours like raspberry, pistachio, coffee, chocolate, and lemon-strawberry are often featured, alongside seasonal and inventive twists that reflect the chef’s creativity.

But the macarons are just the beginning. The pastry case typically showcases a tempting selection of tarts, cream puffs, brownies, custom cakes, and other confections, many of which rotate with the seasons and customer demand. Posh Nosh also offers coffee and hot drinks designed to pair perfectly with a sweet treat.

With its cozy atmosphere and commitment to quality, Posh Nosh’s re-opening is a sweet moment for downtown Cornwall, giving dessert fans both old and new a place to indulge their cravings and experience handcrafted pastries made with passion.

Posh Nosh is located at 150C Pitt Street, Cornwall.
