Cornwall & Area Chamber of Commerce Unveils Finalists for Annual Business Excellence Awards and Citizen of the Year Gala

The Cornwall & Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the finalists for its annual Business Excellence Awards and the
presentation of the Citizen of the Year. The prestigious gala, a highlight of the community calendar, will take place on Thursday,
October 3rd, at the Ramada by Wyndham.

The event is a celebration of the outstanding achievements, innovation, and community spirit of local businesses, organizations,
and individuals. The evening will begin with an elegant reception at 5:00 PM, featuring champagne, hors d’oeuvres, music, and a
photobooth for capturing memories.

At 6:30 PM, the dinner and awards ceremony will commence, hosted by the dynamic duo of Jamie Carr and Simon McLinden,
promising an evening filled with inspiration, entertainment, and heartfelt recognition.

“I’m always so inspired by the stories we hear during the nomination process,” said Angela Bero, General Manager of the Cornwall & Area Chamber of Commerce. “These finalists aren’t just businesses; they’re our friends and neighbors who pour their hearts into making Cornwall a better place. This night is our chance to give them a huge thank you and celebrate their incredible hard work. The energy in the room is always electric, and I can’t wait to share that with everyone.”
