Eating Locally at Marrow and Spice

This time of year at Marrow and Spice finds us busy catering for local get-togethers and festivals.

As our meal plans have become more and more popular, we have been inventing new recipes to keep up with the demand. With Yada’s move into a full time role at the store, we are able to produce more, and add Thai flavours! Whether you are trying to lose weight or have dietary restrictions, are too busy to find time to cook at home or have allergies, we can help. We pride ourselves in the quality of ingredients that we use and the taste and presentation of the finished product, and your satisfaction is guaranteed. Book a consult with Roger to develop a menu specific to your needs, and be amazed at the quality you get for a reasonable price.

What to do if Red Notice is issued against you?

On the catering side, we can put together hot or cold arrangements for you and your guests and offer flavours to tempt any pallet from traditional English or French Canadian to Thai, West Indian, Tex-Mex, et cetera. Give us a call at 933-3330, and let us know what you would like to present to your group, from 10 to 200.

Roger and Yada have been making more of our popular protein balls which come in a variety of flavours and all contain 10 grams of protein for a delicious, nutritious snack.

We also enjoy creating party foods and platters so you don’t have to! Our Salsa, Hummus, Tzaziki, and Fermented Veggies are delicious and nutritious. We always have lots of healthy pre-made entrees in the store available for you to take home and re-heat, from traditional through vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, and so on. If we do not have it and you would like it we can make it for you.

Drop into the store and meet our friendly, informed staff. If we don’t have the answer to your question we will try to find it. If we do not have the product you need, we will try to source it. Come in and experience the difference that service makes!
