Love and relationships based on passion are often full of numerous complications. And if you have gone through a romantic relationship breakup recently then you must be struggling with various emotions. It can get extremely overwhelming to manage the emotional roller coaster after a romantic breakup. It is quite common to be obsessed with thoughts about your ex or to overthink the details of the breakup or your past relationship. Many people want to get back with their ex after a breakup and if you are also looking in the same direction, we have some useful tips and tricks for you.

It is also quite common for people to spend hours and days mourning the loss of a relationship but if you are looking to rekindle the love with your ex, you should take some active steps to win them back. Now you may choose to spend excessive time praying or wishing to get them back, and while we do not deny the possibility of a miracle, a good alternative is to take matters into your hands. You need to take active action to increase the chances of winning back your ex-lover. We have four great tricks that will rekindle the spirit of love in your Ex’s heart.

  1. Remember that Absence Makes the Heart Grow Fonder

It is very common to want to get in touch with your ex, you may want to just share how you feel or express your love or apologize. Whatever it is that is giving you the urge to contact them, just put it aside and don’t contact them at all. This may sound like the worst advice to getting your lover back, but you’ll be amazed at the results. Hold your horses because your ex will eventually feel the same pull of love towards you but you have to show composure.

If you make the mistake of contacting them, it will never dawn upon them that you are important and worth every effort. Your ex most likely broke up with you because they thought that you may not be worth the struggle anymore or simply took you for granted. If they try to contact you, avoid answering right away- they need to have a chance to miss you. Ideally, you have to avoid contacting your ex for about 4 weeks. If you fail to abide by this rule, it gives out a very lousy message that you are just waiting around for that one person and have no life other than that. It is, in other words, lowering your worth and self-esteem. This ‘no-contact’ for four weeks rule works like a charm in getting back your ex but you have to follow it sincerely.

  1. Avoid Being Negative on Social Forums

To win back your ex, you have to make yourself exclusive and elegant and rise above the petty issues that you once had with one another. So, if you have been posting negativity about your ex on social media platforms it is about time that you stop that. This is because this sends a message of hopelessness and makes you look like a whiner. While conducting our research we found some useful suggestions on the Get Her Back Guide related to taking control of your life, and that it is a good idea to get in touch with other friends or family. You can go for a meetup or reconnect with long-forgotten mates.

Also, it is a precious time to really show everyone that you are a fun-loving and happy person. It is okay to feel sad and share with close friends or family members but nobody will adore you for becoming a sob story. Nobody will look forward to reconnecting with someone who is apparently hopeless or pessimistic. So, if you want to make your ex love you back you have to make sure that you are optimistic.

  1. Avoid the Hasty Relationship Slope

After a breakup, it is quite common to feel unwanted or worthless and the depressing feeling of loneliness seems too bleak. In this depression, some people try to make their ex-lover jealous in an attempt to get them back. You may want to jump on just any relationship opportunity without giving it time or consideration. This state of desperation makes things more complicated because your ultimate goal is to get your ex back and making them jealous is not the right road for this. So, try to keep things going in a natural flow but avoid falling prey to such ludicrous temptations.

  1. Reconnect with a Hobby

You may need to muster up the motivation and courage to pursue your hobbies because often the lives of two lovers are so intertwined that it is quite hard to think of doing anything else. However, take some time to introspect and think about something that you have always wanted to learn, it may be as simple as learning to bake and getting yourself enrolled in baking classes. Or you may want to start a new business and this could be the perfect time to focus and do so. This suggestion may not seem like much but once your ex-lover sees you thriving they will see the same person they fell in love with and will start missing you again.

The four tips mentioned here are a surefire way to rekindle the love in your ex and win him/her back. It may take a while and some effort or restraint on your part but the result will be definitely worth all the struggle. Your goal and desire are to reconnect and win back the love of your dear one and you can definitely get back your ex with a bit of effort. So, show them the composed, indulgent, fun-loving, and adventurous spirit that they fell for and you will have them running back in your arms without further delay.
