Cornwall Ontario – On Saturday June 18th there is a benefit concert at La Maison Tavern in Cornwall to benefit Lily.

Four year Lily Douglas has stage four cancer (metastatic rhabdomyosarcoma) and her parents need support.

“The great musicians of Cornwall and surrounding area have put together this show to help with the cause,” says Rodney Rivette.

The line-up features Elly May, Slim and the Fatkid (Marc Muir and Rodney Rivette), Winston Marley, Mena Hardy, and Red Flag.

“Please support Lily by coming out to a show you won’t soon forget,” Rodney Rivette concludes.

Doors are at 7pm, admission is $10, and the event is 19+.

There are a few other ways you can support Lily and her family too.

Deke and Squeaks is having a community car wash between 12pm and 4pm on Saturday June 18th to benefit Lily.

The Cornwall Seeker Newspaper is also supporting Lily with a silent auction that starts just prior to The Seeker Awards Dinner on Friday June 17th. The silent auction is at 5pm at the Cornwall Golf & Country Club and it is open to the public. You can also bid for items online if you can’t make it to the event.

You can also donate via Go Fund Me online. Over $10,000 was raised in just two days.
