Welcome to another month of enjoying The Seeker, magazine filled with lots of Positive and Informative News for the Cornwall area.

MARCH is finally here.. which means that SPRING IS IN THE AIR! I am so excited to welcome a New SEASON.This is the time of year where we Canadians start thinking of the New Spring & Summer Fashions. It’s time to buy, and or bring out some colourful and patterned items from our closets. In the beginning of March it is still a bit chilly so I went to ~The Village~ and purchased a multi-coloured scarf for $4.99 along with a pretty, purple full-length, lightweight 100% virgin wool coat for ONLY $29.99! I absolutely love it as it fits me like a glove. The name brand is ~London Fog~. They sell only high-quality women’s trench coats and raincoats. The retail price for a similar one was between $135.OO to $155.OO. WHAT A STEAL OF A DEAL to help keep me nice and warm and looking quite Fashionable for SPRING!

Some “New Trends” that are making a comeback in a major way this Spring are SLIM/SKINNY PANTS. CARGO PANTS are also back, but with a different look by coming out with a rainbow of colours. JEANS are always a go to, but this year they have a bit of a twist. I don’t really like wearing jeans, but I may just get me a pair as they are introducing “EMBELLISHED JEANS” that can be Fun & Fashionable by adding some rhinestones, floral prints and other appliques.

POCKETS, POCKETS, POCKETS ARE “THE IN THING” THIS SPRING! They are more practical and colourful than ever before. POLKA DOTS are popping up for this year. Step aside STRIPES and welcome this classic and timeless versatile print instead of the usual florals for this time of year. If you haven’t used Polka Dots in your wardrobe then this year is the time to do it.

Another New Trend that is taking over are OVER-SIZED BAGS/TOTES, CROSS BODY PURSES & LARGE CLUTCHES!

The “In Colour” this Spring is *Sunshine Yellow*, which happens to be my favorite colour. If you need some sunshine in your lives then add this sunny colour to your wardrobes. But, if it is too much for some of your tastes, then just add some “Yellow Accessories” such as apurse, shoes and or even a belt. Yellow is a great colour and is going to be everywhere this Spring.

METALLICS are bringing back some *Bling* this Spring. They are BIGGER than ever before, something that helps us to “Spruce up” our outfits, if we feel it is missing something. By carrying a metallic purse, wearing a hat or even a pair of metallic boots, it will give you that *POP* that you were looking for. You will certainly have heads turning this season.

HAPPY ST.PATRCK’S DAY TO MY IRISH FAMILY & FRIENDS & TO ANYONE ELSE THAT IS CELEBRATING THIS DAY! Until Next Month.. xoxo Marlene
