Optimist Club of Cornwall Announces Complimentary Bus Service to Ribfest Courtesy of Cornwall Transit

Cornwall, ON – July 19, 2023 – The Optimist Club of Cornwall is thrilled to announce a groundbreaking addition to this year’s Ribfest event. In partnership with Cornwall Transit, we are delighted to offer complimentary bus service to all attendees, ensuring a convenient and stress-free transportation option for the community.

For the first time ever, individuals planning to attend Ribfest can now board any Cornwall Transit bus and gain free access to this mouthwatering celebration of BBQ goodness. By simply informing the driver that you are heading to Ribfest, you will enjoy a comfortable and cost-free ride to the event.

Cornwall, ON – Seaway Senior Citizens Club is gearing up for another busy Fall with a wide variety of activities, classes, programs, and special events geared to those fifty plus in the Cornwall / Akwesasne area.

This initiative by the Optimist Club of Cornwall and Cornwall Transit is aimed at enhancing accessibility and encouraging more community members to partake in the festivities. Offering free bus service on all routes presents an opportunity for everyone to experience the tantalizing flavors and lively atmosphere that Ribfest has to offer.

The annual Ribfest event, known for its succulent ribs, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities, will take place at Lamoureux Park from July 27th to July 30th. With the convenience of free bus service, attendees can focus on enjoying the delicious food, indulging in a cold refreshing beverage or two, participating in exciting games and contests, and soaking up the vibrant atmosphere.

The Optimist Club of Cornwall extends its sincere gratitude to Cornwall Transit for their partnership and support in making this transportation initiative possible.
