Upper Canada Village is set to glow brighter than ever as Alight at Night returns for its 25th anniversary season, lighting up select evenings from November 28, 2025 to January 15, 2026.
To mark this milestone, the Village has added 80,000 extra lights, bringing the total to well over a million shimmering bulbs. The result: a breathtaking winter landscape that transforms the historic site into a sparkling holiday wonderland.
Visitors can wander the glowing streets, listen to traditional carollers, and take in the popular festive sound-and-light show. New this year is an interactive experience inside the Toy Factory, located in the newly redesigned Family Activity Centre. Guests can meet Victorian Saint Nick for a festive photo, warm up with a cozy drink from the Toybox Café, and explore toys, handcrafted gifts, and special 25th-anniversary souvenirs.
For its quarter-century celebration, Alight at Night is also part of the Canada Strong Pass, offering guests even more ways to enjoy the magic. The season will run nightly from December 18 to January 15, with added perks including free youth admission (ages 5–17) and half-price tickets for adults aged 18–24.
Whether you’re making memories with family, friends, or someone special, this year’s event promises wonder, nostalgia, and holiday cheer. Timed-entry tickets must be purchased in advance at www.AlightatNight.ca. Availability updates in real time, and many nights sell out—so book early to avoid missing out.
