What to do if Red Notice is issued against you?

Those of you who stop in for lunch or a quick dinner already know some of our delicious menu items and fresh daily soups, but did you know that we also make healthy entrees for you to take home and enjoy throughout the week?

Our entrees are made with the same love of flavour and fresh whole food ingredients that you have come to know in our daily lunch menu, individually packaged and frozen ready for you to take home or to work and enjoy.

Whether you just don’t feel like cooking, you want to provide meals for someone who isn’t feeling well, or you have special dietary needs, Marrow & Spice has portioned delicious meals to offer: No refined grains? No problem! No sugar or spices? You’re sweet enough! No meat? We do that too! We do all the work putting together a meal plan that is wholesome, healthy, and easy to prepare. Just reheat and eat! Many of our meal plan customers have commented that they feel better eating Marrow & Spice meals – real and fresh ingredients, preservative-free, and tasty.

Currently in stock and ready to go home with you tonight:
– Turkey dinner(free-range sliced turkey, mashed potatoes and all the fixings!)
– Thai Coconut Chicken (tender chicken breast, rice, coconut and fresh Thai herbs)
– Pork Avocado over Rice
– Red Thai Curry
– Pad Thai (traditionally made from scratch just like in Thailand)
– Penne Pasta with Sausage(mild sausage in a spicy tomato sauce served over pasta)
– Caribbean Stewed Chicken over rice
– Curry Lamb over Rice
– Chicken Fricassee with Spaghetti Squash
– Penne Alfredo (a mild creamy cheese & herb sauce served over penne noodles)

– and more, just tell us what you would like!
We also offer our homemade soups, bone broths, and soup broths in single or family portions! Come into the store and talk to Roger about your meal requirements and let us take the worry and the work out of healthy eating!
In our ongoing flavours of the (Warmer) world January menu, next week we will be doing Lebanese flavours along with the Caribbean and Thai on Thursday and Friday. Events & Specials are posted on our Facebook page daily
