1. Memorial University of Newfoundland: 12,000 CAD

Founded in 1925, this institution has the lowest tuition fee in Atlantic Canada. 15% of its student population is made up of International Students, and they are allowed an entrance scholarship up to $6000.

2. Loyalist College: 14,335 CAD

3. Selkirk College: 9,800 CAD

 Located in British Columbia, Canada, it was established in 1966 and has since become an innovative and remarkable institution. The program offers certificates, diplomas, and associate degrees in various programs to students across the globe.

International students comprise more than 10% of its student body with an endowment of 75 million CAD. The interest of the college goes beyond just academic activities but also on mental and physical fitness. The lecturers – most with terminal degrees go the extra mile to ensure that the students understand the topic being taught.

4. Lambton College: 13,200 – 16,400 CAD

Established in 1969 and located in the Ontario province, it is ranked as the number one public research college in Canada. Business management, healthcare, applied arts, etc., ranks among its most popular programs. About 3,500 international students from over 26 countries are currently enrolled full-time in the institution. It offers financial aid to international students up to $7600.

5. Thompson Rivers University: 14,832 CAD

 A public research university was established in 1970, with campuses spread across Kamloops and Williams Lake. Home to over 3500 students from over 100 countries. It offers over 140 programs on campus, and more than 60 online programs, along with very friendly professors.

The Extra: University of Winnipeg: 14,700 – 18,600 CAD  

This is a public research university that is currently housing over 1000 international students from its 9000+ student body. Its small class sizes allow students to have a more personal relationship with their lecturers, which has positively affected students’ performance.
