CORNWALL, ON – Centre 105’s recent Breakfast Fundraiser was a great success, with 188 meals served throughout the day and approximately $10,000 raised to support the organization’s essential community programs.
Executive Director Taylor Seguin said the team was “blown away by the generosity of this community,” adding that the event brought together supporters who truly care about helping others.
Centre 105 continues to provide free breakfast, laundry and shower services, as well as a safe and welcoming social space for those in need. However, the organization notes that the demand for help continues to grow, with challenges such as food insecurity, mental health and addictions, homelessness, and inadequate housing outpacing available resources.
As the need rises, Centre 105 remains dedicated to serving the community with compassion and care — and grateful to everyone who helped make the fundraiser such a success.
