Cornwall, March 12 – It’s Eastern Ontario’s premier spring event that brings together thousand of area consumers with the latest in home improvement products and services. It’s Cornwall Chamber of Commerce Spring Home & Leisure Show and plans are well underway for the 2019 event.

“The Show is a plus for consumers throughout the Cornwall region,” reports Executive Manager, Lezlie Strasser. “Under one roof, consumers will find over 100 exhibitors with a great selection of the latest products and services, focused on home and leisure activities for the warm summer season. The event is under a month away and we want to get the word out so people start planning for a visit.”

The Show brings together a complete selection of home improvement products such as energy efficient heating and cooling, decks, patios, windows and doors, boats and camping, BBQ’s, and a wide variety of household items, all designed to enhance your home and make chores an easier task.

One of the many highlights of the Show is the chance for some lucky visitor to win the fabulous grand prize. “This year again, the Chamber is partnering with St. Lawrence Pools,” says Strasser. “The grand prize is a spectacular $1,500 Traeger Pro 34 Pellet BBQ. It comes with a terrific accessory package along with a $1,000 gift certificate for food purchases with a total value of over $3,000.”

There will be plenty of demos to showcase new products and to provide timely tips to visitors, and Cornwall’s City Central is returning to the Show. “Visitors will have an opportunity to get their questions answered about various aspects of living in the City. We’re also pleased that Summerheights and Hits 94.7 will once again present its popular indoor long drive golf challenge, continues Strasser.”

The 2019 Spring Home & Leisure Show opens at the Cornwall Civic Complex at 4:00 p.m on Friday, April 5 and continues until Sunday, April 7.
