We all know that when it comes to yoga, consistency is everything. And with repetitive consistency, boredom is likely to happen. It is for this reason that mindfulness is paramount. If you find yourself doing the same routines to the point of boredom, then perhaps it’s time you spice things up a bit.

We’ve researched some sets that you should have to bring some spontaneity and excitement to your yoga routine.  These sets will make yoga more of a fun and collaborative game with friends.

Yoga Wheel for Muscle Pain Relief

Our technology-focused daily routines may cause some common aches that yoga serves to counteract. Some Yoga lovers use foam blocks or blankets to help in those deep-stretch poses to stretch our muscles.

But, none of these will be as effective as a Yoga Wheel when it comes down to opening your back with some deep stretches. It is incredibly soft and reliable. It provides comfortable and effective support. Also, the wheel shape allows you to ease into deep poses especially bridge pose and more.

If you spend time on your laptop all day, this is definitely life-changing!

iHome Meditative Therapy Candle

Mastering the impressive poses and stretches is great. But, yoga is not just about physical discipline. Meditative focus and breath control are important aspects of this ancient practice. In fact, without these two elements, you’re just stretching.

A meditative, flameless LED candle comes with modern functionalities that aid in relaxation and help lovers to have a more focused mindful breathing. It not only provides for programmed light levels, but it also has breath-coaching functionalities as well. And, the blended color change feature coupled with several white noise options will help you drift into some peaceful sleep.

Cork Yoga Mats

We know what you’re thinking. A yoga lover will have a mat already, but they might be wearing over time, and need a great replacement. A cork yoga mat is gorgeous and is made from environmentally friendly products – it sure is a hit. And, the design is centered.

A centered design allows advanced yogis to have new hands and feet alignment as they try out more challenging poses. And, it is incredibly stable allowing you to do extreme poses without having to worry about sliding.

An important factor in yoga is the mindset, and to have a wonderful session, you need a mat that allows you to focus.

Meditation Clock

Most of us do yoga as an antidote to the anxieties and stresses of modern life. Anyway, yoga encourages being present in the moment. A clock, with a ticking hand and swinging pendulum make an excellent meditation accessory. And, it serves as a reminder of the need to slow down and enjoy every present moment.

There’s no doubt that every yogi would love to have this precious gift to make their routines more mindful.

Cushy Yoga Pillow

Most of us sleep the night away lying on our sides. While this pose seems comfortable, it can cause some considerable damage to our bodies over time. This cushy yoga pillow is a gift that will have you “working out” even in your sleep. The pillow goes between your knees and holds you in an optimal position that realigns your body pose.

A yoga lover will tell you their desire to have the right poses day or night.

A Meditation Cushion

Most people struggle with meditation because of discomfort or pain. Have you tried focusing on the present with your back aching? It’s even harder when your pelvic bone feels like it’s digging into the floor.

A meditation cushion helps you be more comfortable even in the most challenging of yoga poses. And, it’s made of some environmentally-friendly materials. Also, its fabric is washable. But what sets it apart is that the firmness and height levels can be adjusted by reducing or adding the stuffing.

It guarantees comfort even in the most extreme poses.

Massage Ball

The effectiveness of yoga in easing muscle pains and aches is well known. And with this vibrating massage ball, it can be used to target those deep-seated tensions in hard to reach areas. It is used in tandem with your yoga poses.

The unique dumbbell shape makes it more efficient in accommodating the neck, shoulders, and even the hips. And, the vibrations have four intensity levels to ensure that you have options of finding the right therapeutic massage intensity for your spots.

What more could a yogi want?

Whether a yogi lover wants the flexibility of a cobra or the strength of a warrior, or the simple peace of a monk, your inspiration has been stretched thin here, right? Share the ideas with all the yogis you know!
