The Seeker’s Choice Awards returns this summer

The Seeker’s Choice Awards gala and fundraiser is coming back after a 3-year hiatus. This year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever, with a new venue, new categories, and a renewed commitment to supporting small businesses, artists, athletes, and volunteers.

The Seeker’s Choice Awards is an annual event that celebrates the achievements and contributions of individuals and organizations in our community. The event has been on hiatus since the beginning of the pandemic, but it is now returning with renewed energy and enthusiasm.

The gala and fundraiser will take place on June 9, 2023, at a location yet to be determined. The event will feature live performances, guest speakers, and an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding individuals and organizations in ten categories.

The categories for this year’s awards are:

• New Business
• Home-Based Business
• Existing Business
• Woman in Business
• Literary Artist
• Musical Artist
• Visual Artist
• Athlete
• Volunteer
• Seeker Contributor of the year

Nominations for the first round of voting are now open and will close on March 15. The community is encouraged to visit https://www.powr.io/survey/i/8849714 to submit their nominations in any or all of the categories.

The top nominees in each category will move on to the second round of voting, and the winners will be announced at the gala and fundraiser on June 9.
