We eat to live and live to eat. Who can deny that? Well, both of these statements are true regardless of whether you’re a gourmet or not. Now, if you’ve ever got into the kitchen and run out of ideas on what to prepare for dinner, you’re not alone. It is not uncommon to feel like you’ve covered literally everything you know, and you’re left scratching your head in the meal-prep room like a sound bite set on replay.

The good thing is that you can never go wrong with a little brainstorming. Thanks to the internet, you have access to a wealthy pool of resources, information, and recipes from some of the best chefs around the world. If you’re here looking for ideas on what to eat next, you’re looking at the right page. Here are a few tasty options you might want to try.

What to do if Red Notice is issued against you?

1. Hot Dog

Often considered an American go-to, this iconic great-tasting snack is one of the things most people think of when they need to fill up real quick. In one of the hot dog articles published recently, the editor lists some really compelling reasons why hot dogs are loved globally. Among these reasons include the fact that they are inexpensive and easy to make. Apart from tasting damn good, they are also healthy depending on how they are topped. Moreover, hot dogs:

  • Carry rich history
  • Make you feel good
  • Bring people together
  • Are a global phenomenon

For preparation, you will need a hotdog, a hot dog bun, and condiments of your choice. You may also need sport pepper, ketchup, pickle relish, cheese, onions, sauerkraut, and so on for the toppings. You can cook by grilling, open flame, microwave, or simmering—whichever way that suits you best and whoever you like.

2. Pasta, Chicken Sausage, and Veggies

Pasta is available in a huge range of options, in this case, pick your favorite. Chicken sausages come in different flavors, but roasted garlic is the most ideal if you love your sausages spicy. You will need chopped tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic, ground pepper, oil, and rosemary for the veggies.

Put the garlic until fragrant, then add the veggies and spices and stir till they are well mixed. Add the chicken sausage, stir well until they are evenly mixed, and then add the pasta. Simple, tasty meal!

3. Zucchini, Bean, and Bulgur Salad

Tasty meals do not have to be cooked or bought from the steakhouse. You can make your own delicious, finger-licking delicacies without striking a single match. The art of making salads at home is not rocket science. Your key ingredients in this recipe are olive oil, baby spinach or kale, crumbled goat, bulgur, sliced zucchini, ground pepper, salt, kidney beans, sliced shallot, and chopped almonds.

Here, you don’t do the mixing like in the white bean salad. You will begin with olive oil, salt, pepper, and vinegar so that when you incorporate the zucchini, it will soften evenly. Some cheese to taste will make it a bomb meal.

You may be thinking, will my stomach fill up well? Try it, and you will always pick salads as your quick fixes. A beverage of your choice would be best

4. Chicken and White Bean Salad

We all know that chicken won the salad accompaniment race because it goes well with all kinds of salads. You will need nicely cooked, sliced chicken, half-cut sugar snap peas, salad-sized purple cabbage, and a vinaigrette of your choice, roasted sliced almonds, and baby spinach. There is no time to waste here because you just need to mix all these ingredients in one bowl, and your meal is ready! This is a very healthy meal since almonds are a major fat-burning meal.

5. Oven-Baked French bread Pizzas

If you are a pizza lover, it is your dream to grab the most significant slice. And here, there’s a more brilliant way to bake a delicious pizza in your home oven. The good thing is that you are at liberty to use anything to prepare the snack. With the different flavors from pepperoni, Hawaiian, and chicken, among others, you will be spoilt for choices on what to make and what to drop. From mozzarella to cheese, you can use whichever sauce you can to ease up the digestion. Cilantro, tomatoes, and avocado can jazz it up to a delicious one.

You can never go wrong with the above snacks or meals. Pin them somewhere in your kitchen! The next time you’re unsure of what to eat, this list should come in handy.
